Enchiladas are a delicious Mexican dish. They are tortilla wraps which are typically filled with chunks of chicken, peppers and some spicy salsa. Once they are wrapped and arranged in a tray, salsa is spread across the top of all of them and then cheese is sprinkled across them which melts as it cooks in the oven. To be served, the enchiladas are separated and placed onto a place with side dishes. I personally serve them with humous and salted tortilla chips/nachos.

Fun Activity
Take the time to draw your own fashion designs. It's best if you have template books so you can draw your clothes on models but you can just freehand your clothes if you want to. Grab scraps of fabric, ribbons and a handful of buttons that you want to base your sketch on then carefully select pencils of similar shades to your desired materials then start drawing. You can be inspired by your favourite items in your closet or perhaps the mos recent trends (or whatever floats your boat). The possibilities are endless! This was a brilliant read, Megan!! :D Awesome, I've always wondered what Enchiladas were, but I never got round to looking them up. They sound delicious! The emoji trend sounds interesting. I can totally relate to the ones for each day, especially Monday, Friday and Saturday. XD The fact is really cool! Well, nobody doesn't like ice cream! XD My all-time favourite flavours are coffee and pistachio - I seem to remember telling you this before. As for the fun activity, I think I'll try that out! It's been a while since I've done that. There's this art tutorial book by Yishan Li called Massive Manga... I don't know if you like manga or not, but it's really useful! It shows you how to draw hairstyles accurately, clothing and just about everything. It even includes manikins you can copy to help you get the anatomy right. Anyway, I'd really like to see a fashion post from you! That would be SO cool! :D I'll look up some of those songs too. Just out of interest, have you heard of Towards the Sun by Rihanna? :3

There are some different variations of the Mexican meal but this is how I've always had it in my house! LOL,same here! I'm not too keen on the trend this month, unlike the others I have mentioned in the past, however the actual product I showed is quite cool I think! I think I remember you telling me that before too and I think I said my favourites were caramel, honeycomb, cherry or just chocolate! It's very rare to find anyone who doesn't lime ice-cream and if you do there's probably a very good reason! I used to know someone who didn't like ice-cream but the only reason was because whenever they saw it, it reminded them of a time when it made them feel extremely ill! Apart from that, I know no-one with a dislike of the yummy stuff! :D Cool! That'll be great! maybe you could make a blog post about how it goes (you don't have to that would just be cool)? Thanks so much for letting me know! I'll look that up soon! I really like kawaii style things (which is similar to manga I think) so I'll probably love that book! Do you own it?
